 除了Job Description里描述的,这里强烈建议同时满足以下几点:
 1. 要求英语口语听力很好,岗位会要求工作时间段内和WFM的同事进行remote troubleshooting,能够准确理解问题、需求。
 
 2. 有当地同岗位工作经验,工作态度积极主动,能及时响应并解决office onsite & remote IT problems.

 [Job Description]
 
 This office-based role will be combination of Level 1 & 2 support coupled with hands on hardware support for the team. We are looking for an individual who is an autonomous, self-driven professional who takes pride in providing timely IT related resolutions.
 
 
 Role & Responsibility will include but not limited to:
 •        Provide excellent Level 1 and Level 2 Customer Support
 •        Act as first point of contact for IT Support on site
 •        Manage the IT Helpdesk System to ensure timely resolution of support requests
 •        Meet Service Level Agreements for incidents and requests
 •        Maintain the IT asset inventory
 •        Document IT support processes to create efficiencies
 •        Desktop Support: Printers, Workstations, Mobile\Phone setup, Onboarding and Offboarding employees and desktop application installation.
 •        Video Conferencing support
 •        Network troubleshooting & support
 •        PC supports, most PCs running Windows 10, however 5% PCs are MacBook.
 
 Ideally you will possess:
 •        Level 1 and Level 2 IT Helpdesk Support experience with proven field support capability.
 •        Windows 10/Office 365/Active Directory support experience
 •        Proven hardware support experience
 •        The ability to work in an autonomous environment
 •        Good problem-solving skills
 •        Strong customer focused mindset
