延期后的Sunset date 是8.30日,本来想着过了sunset日,准业主申请退首付,然后离场,但是律师说这个sunset只是针对注册Strata Plan的。现在的7月22日新的禁止令,只是禁止颁发OC,把禁止注册Strata Plan的那一条去掉了。这样的话,极有可能开发商先行注册SP,逼准业主settle,然后再慢慢的去修复。有没有懂行的解读一下呢?
新的禁止令如下:
This Prohibition Order is being made in relation to the residential apartment building
located at 9 Hassall Street, Parramatta, NSW, 2150 (the Building).
This order prohibits:
the issue of an occupation certificate in relation to the Building until the Order
is revoked by the Secretary.
Please read this Prohibition Order carefully and comply with the conditions by the
date specified.
Failure to comply with this Order or its conditions is a criminal offence.
旧的禁止令如下:
This Prohibition Order is being made in relation to the residential apartment building
located at 9 Hassall Street, Parramatta, NSW, 2150 (Lot 6 - DP 241 and Lot 14 - DP 1507)
(the Building).
This order prohibits:
• the issue of an occupation certificate in relation to the Building until the Order is
revoked by the Secretary, and
• the registration of a strata plan for a strata scheme in relation to the Building until
the Order is revoked by the Secretary.
Please read this Prohibition Order carefully and comply with the conditions by the date
specified.
Failure to comply with this Order or its conditions is a criminal offence.
