请问汽车保险必须在过户完成后才能生效吗？

我想从拿到车的那天起就开始有保险，不然万一有个事，还没保险岂不是很危险？但是一般拿到车的时候过户手续还没办啊。

还有，CTP每次直接在RTA更新Rego的时候就直接在RTA那里买，还是必须先找保险公司买了才能去更新Rego？一般全险是不是不包括CTP的？

1. You can got a quota from 保险公司 first. OR you can just call them when you get the car, and buy the insurance. Or you can just buy the insurance in advance, nominate a specified date when the insurance to be started.

2. U should buy CPT before you renew your rego from insurance companies. Otherwise you can't renew your rego. Normal insurance is not including CTP.
