中介今天发了这个邮件给我 我感觉是新的立法要求房东每年出具fire alarm inspection的报告？
We have completed a review of Smoke Alarm compliance and have identified that your property is self-managed and we do not hold any/updated compliance paperwork stating smoke alarms have been inspected in the last 12 months.
As per below from Fair Trading, Annual Smoke Alarms checks are required with the new legislation that came into effect the 23rd march 2020.
