今天下午接到一个电话02 9589 6221说他是Telstra工程技术人员，印度口音，说我家的网络被骇客攻入了，偷取我的个人信息，问我是不是有电脑在边上，指导我修改网络数据。当时我就有点怀疑，但还是顺着他的话说我有电脑在边上，他问我什么电脑，我说是苹果的，他就说把我的电话转移给他的上级技术人员，然后又一个稍微有点印度口音的人说他叫Peter,接着问我好，说我家的网络被骇了，要做些安全防护，我当即问他的全名，什么部门，他的电话多少，他说他叫Peter Braine,是Telstra 技术部门的，他的电话是398583997,我说你等会打过来，我要和Telstra 确认一下，他说没问题。后来我和Telstra 联系，很快工作人员告诉我是骗子电话，幸好没有给任何信息，他们会备注下这个消息。
下面是Telstra收到信息的人立刻回复我的：
Hi, thank you for contacting us about this. We do not call customers about information like this and it was a good thing you had the presence of mind not to do as you were asked. I will put notes on your account about this。
稍后技术人员复核后又发给我：Sorry for the delay in response，upon checking with your previous conversation i can see that you have been received a call from a person who informed that he is a Telstra person. Good to hear that you have not many changes as per there instructions. I have checked in the accoount and there is no call made from our end as well.
为了安全起见，我还是立即改变了我的网络名和密码。
当然他后来并没有再打电话给我。
希望大家引起警惕，如果你接到这样的电话，按照他的要求更改你的网络，可能骗子能够骇入你的电脑，偷取你的个人贮存电脑里的所有信息，那可能麻烦大了。
