143是不可以境内申请的， 如果是在境内有另外一个父母有贡献移民。年老父母 好像要65岁 还是67 岁以上的 ...
看了下143申请要求是说可以境内境外申请，但是一般你在境内你持有的600visa一般有8503条款会限制你申请新的签证，但现在情况是8503条款给抹去了，所以很困扰！
