Chef/Sushi maker for sushi train morayfield shop

Looking for experienced Chef/Sushi maker with ambition to manage/lead team. Good team in place. Can be fast paced.

5 day, approx, 45-50 hrs/week salaried position. (Will consider candidates that would like 5.5 to 6 days/week).

55k plus(depending on skills and exp) full package

Own transport an advantage

Requirements

Must have knowledge of Japanese food. Able to prepare, cook and serve hot meals (rice and noodle bowl, bentos, etc) and/or prepare and serve sushi & sashimi,able to follow current menu, recipes & systems is essential. Have good attention to detail.

- Minimum 2 years of full time experience for Japanese cuisine, or related experience.

- Product ordering and stock control

- Recruit, train and mentor new and existing staff

- Ensuring food safety, and work place safety
