36.55 kl @97.07c per kl


写邮件问中介，sewage disposal是不是房东承担？中介回我：
No this is your bill, sewage is part of the usage charges that you are responsible for.
The owner gets a seperate bill already for the property

请问中介说的对不对？
另外，39.60+3.40 不等于 36.55?

一般跟用量有关的浮动费用由房客承担, 房客不用水自然就没这个费用

中介是对的，sewage disposal是根据实际用水量来计算的，租客支付。房东只要支付rates部分。

The tenant is only required to pay for sewerage disposal when it is separately metered for the rented premises and is charged by a government water corporation. In all other cases, the landlord will be responsible for sewerage disposal charges.

VIC，只要独立的水表，水费租客全负责，因为水的账单上是租客的名字。
NSW， 租客只付usage 部分，水的账单上是房东的名字。不同的州差别很大。

用水是从水龙头出来的水
污水是你流进下水道的水

必然不一样，你平时喝水，浇花的水不会进入下水道，所以会少。

VIC水公司会给房东寄固定费用，房客寄使用费用。

很合理啊    因用水随之产生的污水处理费用理当由使用者付   这个都是约定俗成的  试想你冲厕所产生的污水要房东来负责?

那是council water, 比如公园的用水部分，房子的用水及其费用，租客全付。本人在维州和新洲都租过房子。
