Today's auction for 4/21 Laburnum St, Blackburn has been cancelled due to coronavirus. Surprised to see it is still sold privately today for $1.2M. Quoting $900K-$990K originally. Next unit 5/21 Laburnum Street (larger size land) was only sold for $881K in 2018. Such a big difference. Is it overpriced? I found the REA Jellis Craig has done well in Blackburn recently. Maybe will ask them to sell my property in the future. Anyone has problem with Jellis Craig?
