Full Time Conveyancer

About the role:
Joining a growing team, we are seeking an experienced conveyancer to provide a high quality service to our customers. You will be working in all areas of conveyancing with ample opportunity to expand on your current skills and abilities.

About the duties:

•        Diary and file management
•        Preparing all necessary forms and documents
•        Liaising with clients and third parties
•        File maintenance and general administration
•        Ability to handle a file from start to end in the entire settlement process

About you:

•        At least 2 years’ experience in Conveyancing
•        High level of attention to detail
•        Team player and quick learner
•        Good communications skills both written and verbal
•        Able to work autonomously in a high pressured environment
•        Experience with Microsoft office
•        Fluent Mandarin is preferred

We are a growing conveyancing practice located in Oakleigh center. You will be joining a pro-active team who in return will mentor and help you grow professionally.
