We are looking for a reliable Operation Supervisor based in Tullamarine, Melbourne, to be responsible for a particular RETURN shipments business in our Mel branch.
Primary Duties & Responsibility:
1. To lead & coordinate workgroups to process daily RETURN shipments. Hands-on attitude will be a MUST.
2. To liaise with suppliers, partners, and customers.
3. To assist manager to organize staffing and all the operations within the service area.
4. Team management by leading, motivating, coaching, and training.
5. Achieve agreed service outcomes measured by key performance indicators
6. Communication with overseas.
Qualifications Required:
1. At least 2-years hands-on experience in express& logistics industry
2. Proficient in MS-Office
3. Fluent use of written and spoken English and Chinese
4. Good Planning, Organizing and Problem-solving Skills
Full time, AU standard salary
