Need some smart people's advise for some job search questions. The job is related to communications and research, and I have to answer the following question. I have copied the questions here. Thank you very much.
1. Describe a time where you establish an important relationship with someone to achieve an outcome.
2. Describe a time where you need to negotiate to achieve a desired outcome, what was the outcome and how you would have go about it differently
3. describe a cross cultural interation of you and anyone else, and what you have learnt from it.
