Sorry for the delay in responding. I first had to locate the records to be able to advise you correctly.
In regards to plans/diagrams of the water/stormwater and electrical circuit, unfortunately we don’t have any in regards to ...
It appears that it was not a requirement back in ..., as all our records from that period only consist of dwelling floor & elevation plans, diagrams of the framing and footings, along with engineering calculations.
We have a process where you can apply to view these records and if you would like copies of anything, there is a fee of $25 applied. Once we have achieved copyright approval, we would email a digital copy to you. See page three for lodgement advice.
