好几年了 几乎每个主流媒体几乎都在说珀斯房价 这几年跌的多么多么惨 尤其是非市中心 远离市中心的地段跌的多么多么惨 但是随手非常随意看了几个12-14年房价最高峰跟现在的卖出价对比. 基本上没有套牢割肉的房产 不知道那些亏损数据是怎么得出来的
比如像这样
