最近跟 First Mac 寫信說要借 LOC loan 來付 deposit,然後再借別的 loan 付剩下的 80%. 我問說最多可以借多少可以不必付 Mortgage Insurance, 結果得到的答案是不管如何都要付??!!
這個東西是不同的銀行有不同的 policy 還是我被呼巄了? 請大家給點意見 .....

You can have two applications going ahead at the same time, one for the deposit and one for the purchase. This will incur two lots of the application fees I have advised you of.
With the LOC, because it is an additional advance, and because of the way Firstmac loans are set up, there will still be a mortgage insurance premium. Our loans are all subject to mortgage insurance, and it will be their decision, based on different factors, on how much the premium will be.
Firstmac will pay the mortgage insurance premium on your Fightback loan. |
