Due to substantial growth, Tecco Technology is seeking to appoint a Snr ICT Systems Engineer to join our team based in Alexandria. You will be an active contributor within our Technical Services and Project delivery team. The role will see you contribute to the designing, engineering, configuring, implementing, commissioning and supporting of ICT infrastructure (Server, Storage, Network, Virtual Platforms) at both new and existing client sites.

About the role
Contribute to the design and implementation of projects
Monitoring & maintenance of client's server's environments
Remote and onsite support
Incident management
Contribute to procedural documentation
Assist in the mentoring of junior staff members

Skills and experience
Proficient in networking, servers, storage, and enterprise applications.
Current and demonstrated knowledge and systems experience at a senior level in an enterprise environment with the following technologies:
Windows Servers
Virtualisation Technologies (VMware preferred)
Networking, TCP/IP and LAN/WAN
SAN Storage
Backup Software Experience (VEEAM/Storagecraft)
Microsoft SQL Server
Experience in unified communications and video conferencing would be desirable
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple systems environment
Experience in the implementation of ITIL practices, continuous improvement and client focused service delivery standards and methodologies in large and complex organisations.
