This varied Accounts Payable/Payroll Officer's position is available to individual's with experience in full function Accounts Payable and Payroll processes. Working in a small team, this role will keep you busy and challenged on a daily basis, with interesting and exciting duties available to explore all the time. The role is a permanent full-time role, using SAGE for AP and MYOB for Payroll.
Description
This Accounts Payable/Payroll position deals with end-to-end AP and Payroll duties day-to-day. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Entering new suppliers into SAGE
Processing invoices and expense forms
Handling supplier queries
Bank reconciliations and Payroll reconciliations
Maintain & update employee records
Process fortnightly & monthly payroll
Calculate superannuation, payroll tax, and workcover
Month end duties including reporting
Small amount of Accounts Receivable duties (i.e. processing payments)
Any other ad hoc duties that may arise
