这要看旅游签证里有没有8503条款
thanks, you may mean that:
I have just learned that with the tourist visa 600, you may be imposed with a condition 8503 ' no further stay'. Under the Tourist Stream i believe it states If you have a 'No further stay' condition on your visa, you cannot apply for a new visa while you are in Australia. This condition may be waived in exceptional circumstances. It does also say that its upto the person granting the visa whether they decide to put this condition on the visa. Is it possible to know before applying if this condition will be imposed. I would be led to believe that some applicants may get it and some not. Also i have seen in other posts that some applicants are getting the condition and some not. Of course every case is different, but Is there anything that makes an application stronger to not have this condition imposed. such as financial sponsorship, country of origin etc. if anyone could shed some light on experience's where this condition was not imposed on their Visitor Visa.
