AR Accountant /应收会计 职位描述：

Responsibility:
• Daily bank reconcile
• Daily receivable collection by calling/emailing customers
• Must ensure all over dued invoices are collected,
• Prodivde weeky AR aged reporting and advise management of any risk and bad paying customers
• AR monthly closing, checking opening billing, bank reconciliation with cash income items, prepare for closing reports
• Prepare for billing data and issue GST invoices
• Complete AR related with external and internal audit
• Support manager to complete ad hoc jobs, reporting, projects.
• BAS submit
• Finical reporting
• Budget reporting

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, prefer major in accounting/finance;
• Familiar with MS office, prefer to have XERO accounting or similar system experience
• 1 year + AR related experience is preferred
• Can demostrate ability to deal with difficult customers and collecting payment
• Be able to write and speak in Chinese and English
• Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure
• Team work and can work under pressure.
• Must work under pressure and meet deadline ie some overtime is required.

Full time position
工资待遇： $50K+ package neg subject to experience.
