家里用的网络公司是mynetfone,我平时对网速要求也不太高,能顺畅的看youtube就可以了,用mynetfone的是因为他的naked adsl不需要固定电话,最近半年网络比较不稳定,前一阵致电mynetfone,他们查了之后说我家这条线路质量差,然后可以叫technician过来修,但是有两个可能性,如果问题出在 local telephone exchange和 premises (or Network Boundary Point)之间,如果是这样,technician就会修好并且不收费;如果问题出在 telephone exchange 和我的 premises之间,就说明是我的问题,然后technician就要收mynetfone 220刀,mynetfone就要pass这个cost给我,我自己再找private technician来修,这些电脑专业术语和工作原理我也不是很熟悉,请问他们这样收费是合理的吗

In order to identify if the fault relates to your external environment, we can
organise an appropriate technician to come to your premises to investigate
accordingly. This is dependant on your approval so it is important to consider
the following -
. If the fault is detected at any point between the local telephone exchange
and your premises (or Network Boundary Point), the technician will try to
restore the fault whilst on site with no associated service fees. Restoration
may take longer in some instances depending on the nature of the fault.
. If no fault is detected between the telephone exchange and your premises,
this would indicate the fault remains within your internal environment. In this
case the technician will charge MyNetFone $220 (inc. GST). MyNetFone will pass
this fee on to you by debiting it from your MyNetFone Account.
PS昨天跟mynetfone通完话之后,网速变得更是夸张的慢了,现在ping值200多 下载速度是0.40Mbps左右
