Godfreys Group is one of the largest specialty retailers of domestic and commercial cleaning products in Australia & New Zealand.
Based in Clayton VIC this role is Level 1&2 service desk analyst for 4x weeks.
Starting on 28 Dec.


Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support to our sales teams
Answer phone support queries within SLA's
Work on tickets based on a priority
Provide prompt responses to tickets (within SLA's)
Escalate an issue without delay when required


Skills and Experience
Excellent English communication skills
Experience with networking devices, routers, printers, Office suite, Windows 7&10
Desktop support experience is highly valued
