The Role
We are looking for a customer focused, technology savvy individual to work as part of our Application Support team.
Key elements of the role:
· Effectively trouble-shoot, communicate and escalate issues
· Identify, resolve or manage the resolution of system issues
· Take calls and service ticket requests on a ticket system.
· Ability to keep Customer at the forefront of all requests and advocate for the Customer’s needs at all times.
· Manage escalation process of issues to 3rd line.
· Communicate to Level 1 and Level 3 teams keeping clients and management informed
· Work as part of a global 24/7/365 service delivered by teams based in Australia (Sydney), United Kingdom (London) and United States of America (Miami)
About you:
· Proven track record of delivering exceptional Customer Service
· Highly organised, effective communicator who enjoys problem solving and has excellent attention to detail
· Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Level 2 Technical role.
· Ability to quickly acquire detailed technical knowledge of our products
· Good knowledge of T-SQL, Linux/Unix systems and RESTful client
· Basic troubleshooting knowledge of TCP/IP stack, especially HTTP
· Basic understanding of JSON and XML syntax
This is a full time role based in St Leonards and will report directly to a Technical Support Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced SAP Business One Consultant to join our Financial Systems team to review, implement and transform existing internal systems throughout our group.
You will work collaboratively with business teams whilst liaising with internal SAP Business One consultants resolving any issues to drive all stages of various projects life-cycle throughout the implementation process.
Key elements of the role:
· Working as part of a collaborative team to maintain and implement Financial systems that includes SAP Business One
· Defining business requirements
· Acting in the role of coach and mentor finance teams providing SAP Business One support and advise
· Liaising with other SAP Business One Consultants and business functions to deliver a successful implementation
· Review and transform existing business process where required
· Working with other Internal SAP Business One application, support and development consultants to resolve issues and implement solutions for the group and local markets
· Effectively trouble-shoot, communicate and escalate issues
· Working with the Business analysis to produce reports in line with the business solutions.
· Support internal users with system admin tasks and product knowledge expert advice.
· Work as part of a global 24/7/365 service delivered by teams based in United Kingdom (London) and United States of America (Brazil)
About you:
· Experience working with a finance and/or fiancé change function
· 3 years’ experience in SAP Business One full life-cycle implementation
· Experience implementing at least two of the following localizations:
o Malaysia
o Thailand
o Australia
o New Zealand
o India
o Hong Kong (China)
o Singapore
o Indonesia
· Strong SAP solution design & implementation background
· Extensive experience of working with senior stakeholders on complex software solutions
· Aptitude to work on your own or as part of a team
· Highly organised, effective communicator who enjoys problem solving and has excellent attention to detail
· Proven ability to affect significant process change and improvement plans in large, complex development environments. Expert working understanding of SAP Business One financials
· Experience of Crystal Reports and SQL queries is a requirement
· Ability to quickly acquire detailed technical knowledge of our products
· Customisation with the Boyum B1UP add-on
This is a full time role based in St Leonards and will report directly to the Group Financial System Manager.
