咨询租仓库的问题，维省墨尔本

近来准备租一个仓库，中介发租约过来需要我签字，中介列出的outgoing有这些：

Land Tax (unless Act applies)        x                                Roller Shutter Door/s        x
Public Lighting                                Emergency Lighting         x

我记得land tax/insurance应该是房东付的。 麻烦有业内人士指点一下， 不胜感激。
