Despatch Clerk
We are an established, expanding food importing and distributing company. We are seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to work in our Warehouse and Distribution Department. You will be working a small team and report to the Warehouse and Distribution Manager.
Managing a diverse product range of over 2000 SKU's in an extremely fast paced warehouse environment including ambient, fresh, chilled & frozen foods. This busy role requires planning and regular assessment of daily logistics and distribution coordination.
Responsibilities include:
Organize delivery, ensure accurate, timely & efficient despatching of goods
Coordinate runs and dispatch schedule and allocate transport workflow
Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure timely delivery
Resolve any delivery and vehicle issues
Coordinate truck loading
Data entry
General administration duties
The successful candidate will have:
Competence in collating multipart orders
Knowledge of Sydney metropolitan areas
Knowledge of warehouse operations
Excellent English communication skills
Mandarin/Cantonese speaking preferred
Attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Superior computer skills
A team player
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast paced environment,
Can work afternoon shift (11:30 - 7:30pm) if needed
