CPA mentor program and testimonial

Can anyone help me with my CPA advance status? I've enrolled CPA program around 5 years ago and completed CPA program in 2005.  Due to many many reasons I haven't applied advance status since then. few years later after study, I found it's very hard for me to go back what I've learned (my working experience doesn't relate to my study much).  So can anyone who has sucessful advanced their status help with my queries:

1. what procedure will be if they did ask for the dairy
2. how to complete testimornial if my experiece doesn't match what I've learned before
3. I don't have much contact with my mentor, does it matter or not.  (I believe my mentor will sign the testimornial if I've done it, but I don't konw how to complete it.)

Since I don't have chinese version, I prefer the answers in Chinese. really appreciate if anyone can help me as I've only got 5 year to apply and it's going to due very soon.

申请advance status好像不一定需要提供日常dairy，除非cpa要求这些，所以一般情况下还是需要提前准备，以备突然要求提供
如果工作经验不太match，的确很难。尽量找一些靠谱的来make-up。比如accounting software system等等。如果一点都不符合，估计也很难编出来，毕竟employer也要签字啊。
cpa对mentor和mentee之间联系有最低要求，查cpa网站看最近的要求。还是那句话，尽量make-up吧。

Actually my position is Corporate Accountant and work involves daily transactions upto quarterly BAS, IAS and P/L.  but CPA requirs three level competency standards (subjects I learned) which doesn't relate to what my daily job. have you advanced your status? what's the procedure? how soon do they approve it?

你可能要注意下时间，因为cpa要求6年之内必须完成6门课程+3年mentor才能有效。至于corporate accountant个人觉得你要和mentor沟通，然后和CPA解释，你的工作和它的criteria相关，至于testimony,它只会要求你提供相关的工作来证明，好比mentor对你的说明，和你employer对你的评价。。

这个日常工作肯定没有问题呀。cpa要求工作经验分布9个area，（记忆中），每个area有很多level1，level2, level3。如果都是level1，需要满足3个area，如果一个level1,一个level2,需要覆盖2个area，如果工作级别能够达到level3，就只需要一个area乐。
你起码靠finance accounting, taxation, sysytem方面都行啊。研究下cpa memtor program folder，每个人case by case，还是需要自己实际情况来完成申请。
不摧不问，3个月足够了。准备漂亮一点，多问问，1个月也有grant的。

提交的时候，只需要testimonial. 其他, 比如你跟mentor 讨论的日记，所做工作的copy 什么的，都不需要。你可以用cpa给的 那个大书作参考，尽量把及自己做过的工作，可以找到evidence的往那边靠。至于mentor, 只要他愿意帮你签字就好了呀！不需要mentor 的说明，雇主的说明等。

Thanks for your information.  The main problem is I'm not interested in any study anymore, since my daily job doesn't related to any subject, so I have to go back to read and study to complete my testimonial (another assignment, not one subject, maybe three). I just don't understand why we should have this mentor program and why should have testimonial, I've got full expenerice but sick of studying. oh, my god, it's just so hard. for the middle age, I really don't want study anymore.
