About the Role:
Listing & selling residential estate
Data-base management
Conducting open homes
Liaising with vendors & buyers
Requirements:
Ÿ  A track record of sales results
Ÿ  Demonstrated capacity to meet goals, targets and KPI's
Ÿ  Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and influencing
Ÿ  Capacity to contribute to and build a strong, collaborative and positive team culture Strong personal presentation
Ÿ  Willingness to learn and operate with a results focus
Ÿ  Intermediate to high level computer skills
Ÿ  Your own car and drivers license Current Agents Representative Certificate
