This medium size professional accounting firm has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Services Director to join.  Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you will be joining a growing firm who pride ourselves on offering a first class service to our Chinese focused corporates and individuals clients.

Responsibilities:
-        Management of a small professional services team with huge growing potentials.
-        Deal with business development and catch every business opportunity locally, supported by its head office in Sydney
-        Work directly with partners and assist with a wide variety of clients for their needs, including small to medium corporate entities and other cutting edge clients and individuals.
-        Deal with all aspects of managing your own prospective and existing clients ledger, from liaising and advising clients to managing staff and all tasks associated with running a boutique accounting firm.

Requirements:
-        Have extensive experience in a fast paced management role
-        CA / CPA preferred
-        Preferably from a similar sized, professional services organisation
-        Proficient Chinese skills preferred
-        At least 8 years work experience
