Full-time and part-time Customer Service Officer Position available at online Computer Store in Ultimo Sydney

We are looking for a young, energetic individual who can work full time in a small team. You will need to have basic computer knowledge and would like to experience how a successful e-commerce operates. Training is provided but English communication is essential.

Job description：
·        Learn to use our online administration system
·        Reply emails and answer telephone enquiries
·        Work closely with delivery and warehouse team to ensure goods are picked, packed anddelivered on time
·        Get involved in anything else and help out other team members when needed

The Successful applicant:
·        Is eager to learn new things
·        Have basic computer knowledge
·        Have the ability to work independently and also be part of the team
·        can pick up new concepts and learn new products quickly

Working hours：Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm,Part time Position is also available on application.
