Administration Assistant
• Work in Braeside Victoria
One of the fastest uprising suppliers ofBulk material handling components in Australia offers an outstanding careeropportunity for a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual.
You are responsible for the following:
• Managing thereception desk and responding to all face-to-face / phone / fax / emailenquiries in a timely manner
• Processing Sales / Purchase Orders,Processing payment / invoicing
• Organize courier pickup and delivery
• Logisticsmanagement from initial order to delivery both local and international
• Monitoring stocklevels and managing incoming and outgoing stock
• General administration, filing, recordkeeping and data entry as required
You will possess the following skills:
• Excellent presentation and communicationskills in English and Chinese Mandarin, both verbal and written (Must)
• Strong customerservice skills and a pleasant phone manner
• Mandatory computer skills, including Microsoft Office andetc.
• Experience on using of MYOBprefered
• Excellent time management andorganization skills
• Excellent collaboration and problem solvingskills
• Clear logical mind
• Car drive to workplace at Braeside(public transport is not convenient)
Australia PR or citizen only, Working Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5pm)
