It has come to my attention that the rent collected on 17/11/2015, that was paid to your account on 18th November, 2015 was paid to you incorrectly.
As you can see the amount and the first alpha index are the same, however the numeral is different relating to another property.

This means your tenant, is currently paid to 11/11/2015.
This has raised concerns, the tenant is not returning our calls. We have completed a drive by inspection today , we have noted that the lawns are long and the curtains are drawn.
大概说一下,我的房客房租只付到11.11
但是我们却从中介处收到了11.12-12.11的房租
因为他们错把其他房东的房租当成我们的房租转给我们了。
这星期他们才发现房租转错了,同时发现我的房客拖欠房租很久了
然后马上联系我的房客
打电话不接,草不剪,窗帘积灰感觉很久没有住人了
中介现在要我带着landlord insurance明天去办公室找他
我现在的问题来了
1 如果我把这个月房租还给中介,那么现在房客已经拖欠了我3周房租,加上剪草 清洁以及可能的换锁费用,bond已经肯定不能cover了,我应该启动保险吗?
2 我应该授权中介清场换房客吗? 中介说我的那个房子很容易找到新房客
3 我是不是应该就中介的失误进行讨价还价?我有可以争取利益的空间吗?
