Position
  
Job Title:  Computer Network and Systems Support – Level 1 & 2
Responsibilities:
·          Maintain system infrastructure and troubleshoot issues as required
·          Assist with  projects as a technical resource
·          Perform daily checklists and maintenance tasks
·          Prepare documentation to support infrastructure (diagrams & procedures)
  
You must:

Desired  Skills:
  
·          Windows Desktop  (7,8) & Mac OSX  
·          Windows Server  2012  
·          Basic Hyper-V  
·          Basic Exchange  Server  
·          Basic MS Active  Directory  
·          Basic  understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN/Tunnelling, Routing, DNS)  
·          Knowledge of  server & network hardware  
·          Basic HTML /  CSS / PHP / Apache / MySQL  
·          Experience and  knowledge of Wordpress and Moodle  
·          Experience and  knowledge of Google apps & office 365  
·          Experience and  knowledge of CRM  
·          Excellent troubleshooting/problem  solving skills  
·          Developing  technical documentation  
·          Proficient in  Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, etc)
