再贴个我在他们网站drop的信息和大家共享下,英文不好大家不要见笑。
大家可以看看local是如何轻描淡写地道歉的。(我有点不想这么算了,因为这个director对待华人妈妈比较arrogant我们三个华人妈妈都有这个感觉,而且互相之间谈起过,但又觉得不能得理不饶人。)
Title: Full rate charged, problem not resolved nearly two months.
Your director really frustrated me.
I was deducted full rate which is not correct for one week, called centrllink twice, Centrelink asked me when the childcare resubmitted the info, because your director told me she resubmitted four times.
I came to the director to ask when but she refused to provide it, just told me when I came to her, she resubmitted it, but the fact is, when I asked her to resubmit, she told me she must email your headquarter to have the info. resubmitted.
she said today she would call Centrllink (she told me she was not supposed to call Centrllink about this several weeks ago.). When I explained why I needed the dates when she resubmitted the info, She refused and turned back to me. "I will call Centrelink, that's it!"
Yesterday, she told me I already used the money because there were three weeks she did not bring credit from my account. Actually, according to the statement she gave me, what she said is not correct. That's why I came back her to ask the info. Centrelink required. |
