最近收到一个奶奶房报价。 鬼子的。 大家看看是不是价格合理。 2房 10.5万 包括设计 CDC 和建造
Stormwater System:
Provisions to drain to the street or connect to existing Dwelling system
Floor:
* Concrete/brick in-ground piers
* bearers and joists - as per structural engineering design
* Termite protection to AS3660
Framing:
