I apologize for any inconvenience that might be caused to you while I'm away. Please let me know if you need any help before I'm away on [xxx].

发完这封email后,在你度假期间,设定emaill自动回复,就说Thanks for your email. I'm currently away from [date] to [date] and shall come back to you after [date]. |
