A simple CLI check can help us locate your nominated address and the associated socket you wish to connect.
If you connect a phone to the socket you wish for your phone to be connected on and dial 127 22 123 you will hear the last number connected at that premises repeated over the phone. If you place that number here it may accelerate your application process in the event we are unable to match your address due to inaccurate records in the Telstra database. This also gives you the choice to nominate what socket the phone will be connected on in the event that there was one more than one line running into you residence at the same time. If no CLI check is supplied the last connected inplace will be used as it is the most likely to be complete. |
