给老爹今年5月办的bupa一年旅游保险，一次性付款$1312，老爹10月初离开澳洲，随后申请了退款。前几天收到这样的回信， 为什么只退$153.78？？？他们退款也是分期的吗？有经验的同学请进来谈谈。
Dear ****,
We're sorry to see you go. We have finalised your transfer request, and your membership with us has been cancelled effective from 20/10/2014. A copy of your clearance certificate has been sent to yourself.
We have requested an amount of $153.78 to be refunded to your nominated credit card. You should expect to receive this refund within 5-7 business days.
