The role as eCommerce Customer Service
MudPath Pty Ltd is an eCommerce company specialised in outdoor gears. we are opening a new role for someone who is happy at keeping customers happy.
Your new role will involve:
Confidently manage sales leads through phone, email, live chat, and social media
Answer and follow up on customer queries regarding orders, exchanges and returns
Responding to email and web-based queries from businesses and consumers
Administering our member rewards program
Entering invoices and following up outstanding payments
Coordinate with our warehouse and suppliers on the dispatching of orders
Report to management on outstanding service issues and areas for improvement
Some office management and task coordination duties
To be considered for this opportunity you will need:
Proficiency with Mandarin
Customer service / account management experience - preferably in a B2C environment
Confident and professional communication skills - on the phone and written
Ability to multitask many tasks and ensure all open issues are closed
Proficiency with online customer service tools and eCommerce platforms will be valued
An ability to work autonomously and in a team
A proactive, self-driven personality and a can-do attitude!
A desire to make a difference and be part of something big
Genuine interest in outdoor activities
Salary is $35k-45k pa (depending on experience and skills plus performance bonus )
