YHI Power ( YHIP ) are part of the YHI Group ,has 20 years history since first established in Australia , the company has grown and diversified its business and is now recognised as a distributor of high quality industrial and automotive batteries and associated products.
We require a full time internal sales support / office admin for our Melbourne head office located in Braeside.
We are seeking someone with a positive, enthusiastic attitude to be part of this team.
Major roles will be:
1. Service walk in customers, answering phone calls, order entry, chasing up deliveries etc.
2. Processing incoming/outgoing mail
3. Coping, filing, maintaining client database
4. Running various errands for office
5. Various other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Expertise
* Self motivated, energetic & a quick thinker
* Excellent English communication skills
* Excellent Microsoft Office , Excel, Powerpoint skills
* Good number & reading skills
* Quick learner
* Non smoker preferred
* Administrative Support experience preferred but not essential
Annual Salary Package $40k+ Super
Must have a personal car and carry a valid drivers license.
