About the Business:
Comfort Joy is a newly established fashion retailer of women's intimate apparels with a wide product range that includes lingerie, playwear and accessories. We are proud that all our products are carefully selected with the best quality.
Our head office locates at Roseville NSW, where our warehouse is also located. We have an online store up and running very soon as well as a retail store in Sydney CBD under renovation. Our goal is to expand Comfort Joy retail stores all around Australia and become a leading lingerie company.
About the Role:
You will work alongside the store manager on the shopfloor in our flagship store in CBD and provide excellent customer service to ladies ranging from teens to the more matured ages. You will have a keen eye for fashion, ability to drive sales and a passion for intimate apparels.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Providing customer service with exceptional product knowledge and effective fitting consultations.
•Store presentation (cleanliness and merchandise) and stock management
•Contribution of ideas towards promotional and sales strategic direction
To be considered you must:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales position within the intimate apparel environment (Lingerie and sleepwear and the related).
•Be familiar with Lingerie fashion and the latest trends with good knowledge of local and international Intimate Apparel markets.
•Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills with people of varying ages and background.
•Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
•Ability to work well as a member of a team and under pressure.
•Be bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
