If you pay for your visa application by credit card, a surcharge will apply. The current surcharge rates are:
•Visa and MasterCard - 1.08%
•American Express and JCB - 1.99%
•Diners Club International - 2.91%
如果使用银行支票，收款人填写：the Department of Immigration and Border Protection可以吗？因为47PA表中有If paying by bank cheque or money order please make payable to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection.
