We are currently seeking for junior position of sales and administration Clerk.
Omniverse Group are seen as the Product Lifecycle Specialists, focusing on Packaging Supply and Innovation to many key brands in the Australian Food industries.
We are based in Clayton and are looking for a person who enjoys working in a team based environment.
The successful candidate needs to be committed to customer service ,organised and willing to go that extra mile. Your ability to work as part of a team, to be self motivated and able to multitask will assist you in this role. You will be assisting in the sales department offering sales support, as well as general office administrative duties.
If you would like to be part of this successful team we require the following :
.
Ø Full time position, Monday to Friday
Ø Chinese Mandarin written and spoken would be a beneficial but not mandatory
Ø Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook and a high level of computer competency
Ø Assist customers via telephone, ensuring orders are processed in an accurate and professional manner
* Tracking and co-ordinating local and interstate deliveries
Ø Keeping Sales Representatives informed with regards to, but not limited to, product information, stock levels, account/credit information, promotional sales, client matters
Ø Provide administrative support to sales reps
Ø Demonstrate effective communication skills
* Problem solving skills and an ability to take initiative essential
Ø Must be neat and tidy in your work habits
Ø Present a friendly and professional image for the company
Ø Must be courteous and well groomed, organised and efficient
Ø To be able to work as part of a team
Ø Experience in the packaging industry advantageous
Ø Good telephone manner
Ø Strong attention to detail
Ø Good time management skills
Ø and other general office duties
