同行业拥抱一个!!
如果只是平常的工作周的话我们两个理解是一样的,2小时每周。
Absences from duty under RDO system
Where an employee’s ordinary hours in a week are greater or less than 38 hours and the employee’s pay is averaged to avoid fluctuating wage payments, the following is to apply:
the employee will accrue a credit for each day ordinary hours are worked in excess of the daily average (7.6 hours)
the employee will not accrue a credit for the day of absence, other than on annual leave, long service leave, public holidays, paid personal/carer’s leave, workers compensation, paid compassionate leave, paid training leave, or jury service
an employee absent for part of a day, other than on paid leave, accrues a proportion of the credit for the day, based on the proportion of the working day that the employee was in attendance.
Deducting credits
A common problem is calculating the amount of credit to be deducted from an employee’s annual leave or personal/carer’s leave balance when absent from work during an RDO work cycle.
An RDO system provides for the working of an average of 38 hours each week, usually over a 4-week cycle. This means that a ‘day’ is 7.6 hours and the additional time is not paid that week, but banked, going towards payment for the RDO so that the employee is paid the RDO as if worked. Because the time in excess of 7.6 hours is ‘saved’ for the RDO (and not considered part of the day worked) an employee who is absent due to illness or injury receives 7.6 hours pay for the paid annual or personal/carer’s leave absence and the additional ordinary hours of work time away are credited for the RDO.
An employee absent for one day would have 7.6 hours (not the additional hours) deducted from their leave balance.
刚刚查到。你说的对。
看样子少付了员工很多工资啊 |
