还是老一套的海外收入问题，但问题出在中间过渡期间是否是税务居民上面。
有会计师认为虽然没住够天数，但在澳洲有居所并且有计划未来长住也算税务居民。

现在会计师们都说的不一致，想找个税务律师咨询一下，看看有没有类似case。
求推荐啊！

Accountants will not be able to tell you the final answer neither do the lawyers. This is the court's job.
But the best you can do is to put together a good case and present it to court.
