求支招,跟Dodo搞得很烦躁
This email is being sent in relation to your Dodo ADSL fault that was
logged on October 31, 2013
Please be advised that for the reported Slow Speed fault, a field
technician was arranged on November 5, 2013 to investigate the issue on
the network, however there was no fault found on the cable network up to
the network boundary point.
Our responsibility for the fault repair does not extend beyond this.
If the fault still exists, it is recommended to have your internal
cablings &/or equipment checked & tested by hiring an ACMA approved
technician.
As there was no fault found up to the network boundary, an incorrect
call-out fee may be passed onto you on your account as agreed at the time
the service fault was logged.
