I am currently seeking a Statistics/Systems Manager to lead a team with a major financial regulator.

This position offers the opportunity to;
1) $110-150Kpackage including superannuation
2) Lead a team of 4 (2 Java Programmers, an internal systems expert and 1 statistical analyst).

I am currently looking for someone to join the Statistics unit and lead the continued efficiency of Statistics systems and tools by identifying improvements, clearly defining business requirements and testing changes prior to release into production.

To be successful/considered for this role you MUST have the following experience;
1) Experience leading, managing or mentoring teams of 2+ on tasks 2 and 3.
2) Strong SAS skills (or other similar programming tools) used to collect, cleanse and arrange data in manageable format.
3) Identify areas for improvements to tools, platform and systems.
4) Strong stakeholder management and the ability influence individuals from different functions (I.T, Data Collections, Publications etc)
