PR刚拿了半年，但是还没在澳洲居住满2年，可以申请103父母排队移民么现在？

如题，问了朋友好像说要等住满2年？一定要以我的名义申请我爸妈的移民么？以我老公的名义可否？他已经住满2年了

If your child is 18 years of age or over

Your child or stepchild is eligible to sponsor you if they are settled in Australia as one of the following:

This visa is for you if you are a parent of a child or stepchild who, at the time the visa application is lodged, is 'settled' and either an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. This means your child must have been lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period, normally two years, although a shorter period can be considered for Australian citizen children if there are compelling and compassionate circumstances.

意思是一般要满2年，但如果申请也能申请是吗？不好意思，英文不够好。或者我老公可以做担保人的话就可以了，是吗？

如果是少于２年的必须要拿出可以感动签证官的理由。我现在也在等，还有半年啊，眼看１４３费用又涨了６０００多。。。
但如果你老公是呆满２年以上的PR或公民，他愿意做担保的话，就没什么问题了。

如果楼主在澳洲留学，那么之前的留学时间也是可以被考虑的。
我就是在PR还差4个月的时候，给我妈申请的143.
之前累积在澳洲已经呆了6年的时间了。
中介跟我说，很多留学生是一拿到PR就递申请的。

谢谢，昨天后来问了中介，说是如果是103不可以以我老公的名义来申请，143就可以以我老公的名义来申请。你听说过这个么？

你中介忽悠你的吧。移民网站上写的很清楚，PARTNER也可以担保你父母。

我想知道，如果是１０３排队，也会一开始就审核你的身份是否符合么？中介有没有说，你也可以做担保么？

可以确定，一拿到PR就可以为父母递103申请的。
