雇员已离职，无法取得联络，没有出生日期，只有税号，如何付养老金给他？

Although the emloyer hasn’t received the ex-employees’ super detail, the employer still needs to meet the 9% super obligation.

The employer needs to complete the ATO SGC form (fill in employee's Full name, TFN, address) and send the cheque with the form to the tax office. The tax office will contact the ex-employees for their unclaimed super.

To fill up this form, the employer will get possible penalty and pay for additional admin fees. As long as employer paid super before 28/07 for the 4th quarter, there should not have any penalty or extra fees.

Is there any other way to pay employee's super?

Please read carefully. There's TFN no. but did not have DOB. I am talking about super, not the PAYG Payment Summary.

Contact yr company default super fund, they will give yr advice.

There's no company default super fund, otherwise, I don't have to be so worry.

By law, the employer must have a default fund.   If the employer does not have one, the only option is to lodge a SGC form. The Interest and admin charges is immaterial, shall be less than $50.00
