请教前辈：父母103移民956表格相关问题

1. “12 Reason you are exempt from registration“，这里我是该选 “Close family member (spouse, child, parent, brother or sister)” 还是 “Sponsor”呢，我觉得两个都对也，呵呵
2. “13 The person receiving immigration assistance“，这里我是该选“visa applicant”还是“sponsor or sponsor applicant”呢
3. "16 Are you providing assistance with an application process, a cancellation process or specific matter?"，这里我选"Application process“，那么”Type of application"这里应该填写什么呢？另外目前肯定还没有提交，应该勾上“Not yet lodged”而不需要填写“Date lodged”对吗
4. “18 Have you been authorised to receive written communication on behalf of your client?”以及“19 Have you been authorised to receive health and character information about the client(s) you are providing assistance to, their spouse, de facto partner or dependants, that may arise, or be revealed in the course of this matter?”这两个我都选“Yes”对吗
5. “Part B”，这个部分我需要填写吗？

不过这个3里的“Type of application“到底应该填啥呢，以及后面的对lodged与否的选择

我就填的要申请的签证的类型。
