You can choose either Epping West Public School or Epping Height School. I also used 23 Ray road address to enrol my kids.
Epping West Public School is a Medium to big size school, about 75% Chinese in this school, more competitive than Epping Height School. Off course every year Students to OC class are more than Epping Height School.
However, Epping Height School is a small school. They welcome your kid to their school if you live in Epping (wherever in Epping or Epping West). The principle and office administrators are very nice and helpful for Chinese, not like Epping West PS.
If you want more competitive and big school, choose Epping West Public School. Otherwise, choose Epping Height Public School.
By the way, Big school normally has a good school band if you want your children to attend in future.
