请教一下director退出的声明怎么写呢？

如题，客户之一的公司要做股权变更，TRANSFER OF SHARES我会，所以搞定，但素呢，其中一个人是director来着，需要一份叫什么来着，总之是辞掉director的这个声明，这个俺不会，最气人的就是那个鬼老也不会，老板叫我打一份出来叫那个鬼老签名就好，问题是，我不知道应该写什么好，这个东东有范本的吗？

The company has to lodge a form with ASIC, paid some money. Otherwise, he would be still the director of the company if ASIC did not receive your lodgement.

順便一提，那form必須在director辭職後十四天內lodge with ASIC，不然罰款最少$275。

大家都同意了，就是要那个人写个声明，就是类似于“I hereby resign as a director of __________ Pty Ltd” and sign/date it” 这种东东，但素介个鬼老木有太多文化，不会写，让我写，我也木有太多文化，不知道有木有特别的format，所以希望能在这里求得一个Draft letter或者Sample之类的东东，嘿嘿！

谢谢，我知道要提交370和484form给ASIC了，这样估计老板又可以省下请会计做的费用了

Company meeting minute 也很重要，一定要寫。致於額外一份declaration，我想是為了安心吧！

就是个resignation就可以
不需要board approval但是一般for good corporate governance会在下一个meeting是acknowledge一下
durector change需要通知ASIC，lodge form 484，从改变日起28日内notify没有费用
